One company wanted a ridiculous amount of money just to come out, with no guarantee of work. Another offer a low fee for initial check. I scheduled an appointment, but I don't this tech ever saw an electric/gas fireplace. He left saying I need to call the gas company. I knew he was mistaken, but happy to move on. Elite Fireplace was so on point. A fair price to do all the things I wanted: Full inspection, check all connections, and a full cleaning. An inspection and cleaning was the answer and it's working much better. The tech was polite, knowledgeable, and professional.
