This is the place. I have an electric-gas log fireplace. One company wanted a ridiculous amount of money just to come out, with no guarantee of work. Another offer a low fee for initial check. I scheduled an appointment, but I don't this tech ever saw an electric/gas fireplace. He left saying I need to call the gas company. I knew he was mistaken, but happy to move on.
Elite Fireplace was so on point. A fair price to do all the things I wanted: Full inspection, check all connections, and a full cleaning. An inspection and cleaning was the answer and it's working much better. The tech was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the thing apart, cleaned, fixed connections, and even polished the glass cover. Thank you!
